Board removing system
A lot of people were amazed looking how fast it is to build up our cabin. This is because it is fixed at the mill itself and still it is possible to fold it.
The sawyer is protected against wind, rain, snow and sawdust because of a plastic shield in the front and three plastic roll up shades that you are able to roll up in case of any hot days.
Vacuumtable:
 Our customers have specialized. Some of them cut extrem fine boards or veneers with extrem expensive wood. In such a case it is a pity to have the last remaining board with 24 mm
That is why we developed this vacuum table. In this way the last board is vacuumed and it still can be sawn.
Height adjustable tandem axle:
 For many pepole it is important to have as much as space possible under the mill while driving. The disadvantage of it is that the working position is not anymore confortable. This is why we developed this adjustable tandem wheels:
This special device has two advantages: It grants you 10 cm more free space under the mill and it gives you a working position 10 cm lower as normal.
Board removing system:
Some of our customers have to have a board removing system and for this we have two solutions: A lateral system and a pushing boards back system. p>
 SERRA had once a lateral removing system, wich allowed the operator to drive hidraulically two arms beneath the cutten log by lifting it with the toe boards. Afterwards the boards are driven down and the cutten log or boards were removed with the two hydraulic arms.
 In 2003 SERRA developed together with the company Company Paul from Dürmentingen a new removing system. A system wich could work together with an multiple after circular saw from Paul. The cutten boards are displaced on two lateral arms that are hidraulically lifted and in this way they are transferred to the feeding table of the Paul after saw.  For customers that want the boards to be transported to the back of the mill, we have several roller drums that can do this job. Afterwards the boards can be removed with a fork lift.
